Business Partner Membership

All exhibitors must be NACS Business Partner Members in good standing. Annual dues for associate (company) membership are only $495 plus a one-time application fee of $250, so the total amount for your first year is just $745.

NACS Membership and CAMEX Guidelines for Vendor Companies

If you are interested in exhibiting at CAMEX 2016, contact the CAMEX Show Office to see if exhibit booth space is still available.

If your NACS Membership Application was not completed and/or processed before CAMEX , please:

Complete a Business Partner Application online or download an application and give to membership staff in the NACS Opportunity Hub, Level 1 Lobby, George R. Brown Convention Center (GRBCC), Houston, TX, no later than noon on Sunday, March 6.

To ensure your application can be processed, make sure:

  • all fields, including reference information, are completed
  • payment/dues for the Business Partner Membership are submitted ($495+$250 application fee=$745)
  • contact information and/or business card are included

NOTE: Applications submitted online or on-site from March 4 through noon on March 6 may take up to four hours to process from the time the application is received.

You will be contacted once the membership application has been “pre-approved.”

  • If you are registering as an Exhibitor for CAMEX 2016, go to Registration, Level 1 Lobby, GRBCC, where Membership staff and NACS exhibit staff will meet you to:
    • process Business Partner Membership dues fee ($495+$250 application fee =$745)
    • facilitate completion of CAMEX 2016 Booth Application, booth location, and booth payment
  • If you are registering as a Non-exhibiting Business Partner to see CAMEX 2016, go to Registration, Level 1 Lobby, GRBCC, where Membership staff will meet you to:
    • process Business Partner Membership dues fee ($495+$250 application fee =$745)
    • direct you to the line to facilitate the registration payment ($650 per person)

After CAMEX 2016, your application will be reviewed by the NACS Membership and Bylaw Committee for formal approval, and you will be contacted within two business weeks about the outcome.


A deposit of 20% is due with applications received between April 1 and July 31, . After Aug. 1, full payment must accompany exhibit application. Contracts submitted without proper paperwork, payment, or authorized signature will be rejected. If space is not fully paid for by Aug. 1, space is subject to cancellation or reassignment at the discretion of NACS Management.

New Exhibitor Pavilion

Placement in the New Exhibitor Pavilion is available only to first-time exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Request placement in this destination area on the exhibit application.

The CAMEX trade show floor will include a CCRA (Campus Computer Resellers Alliance) Tech Pavilion focused on technology products. If you are interested in being a part of this exciting area on the trade show floor, be sure to include your product categories on the exhibit application and check the CCRA Tech Pavilion box.

Bring a Buyer to CAMEX!

NACS Foundation’s Bring a Buyer to CAMEX program provides grants to cover the full registration fee and housing expenses for buyers to attend CAMEX. Your company will receive recognition in the CAMEX program, at the NACS/NACS Foundation CAMEX trade show booths, at CAMEX Mega Sessions, on special signage provided for your booth, in the NACS Foundation e-newsletter and website, and through the NACS Foundation CAMEX promotional materials. Just check the box on the exhibit application to support this important effort to bring even more buyers to CAMEX!

Destination Connect2One

Placement in the Destination Connect2One aisle(s) is available to authorized Connect2One Vendor Partners on a first-come, first-served basis. Request placement in this area on the exhibit application.

Booth Fees

Booth fees for CAMEX are $2,525 per 10'x10' booth if application and payment are received by Jan. 23, . After Jan. 23, , booth fees increase to $2,625 per 10'x10' booth. Corner fees are $300 per corner.

Included in Your Booth Fee

8' back drape, 3' side drape for inline booths*, booth carpeting (if checked on the exhibit application), booth vacuuming the evening prior to show opening, a booth identification sign, plus five exhibit badges per 10'x10' booth, up to a maximum of 40 badges per exhibitor. Additional badges may be purchased at Registration. Your CAMEX exhibitor directory and show special listings are included free of charge provided information is submitted by deadline dates. (See back for digital booth upgrade information.) Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to attend educational sessions and Special Events. Tickets for Special Events may be purchased at Registration.

Booth Assignment

Applications and 10% deposit received by Jan. 23, will be included in the first round of booth assignments. Assignments will be made based on priority points (one point for each year of exhibiting) and then by date the application and payment are received. Companies that wish to exhibit side-by-side must submit their applications together with an explanatory letter. The priority points of both companies will be averaged to determine their position in the placement process. After Jan. 23, booths will be assigned on a date-received basis without regard to priority points.

A copy of the application and contract will be returned with booth assignment and authorized signature. This contract is subject to the general rules, regulations, and policies governing the CAMEX trade show.


All cancellations must be received in writing addressed to NACS Expositions Department/CAMEX , 500 E. Lorain St., Oberlin, OH 44074 or via email: If cancellation request is received on or before Aug. 1, , the exhibitor will receive an 80% refund of total booth fee. If cancellation is received from Aug. 2 to Nov. 30, , the exhibitor will receive a 50% refund of total booth fee. No refunds will be given on cancellations made after Nov. 30, . Refunds due to exhibitors will be paid within 45 days of receipt of written cancellation request.

Online Digital Booth Listing

A Standard listing comes with your booth fee and includes: Company name, booth number and address, one contact name, phone and fax numbers, link to company web site, 30-word company description, listing of up to 6 product categories, and your show special listing; limit 30 words.

Online Premium Booth Upgrade

A Online Premium Booth Upgrade includes all items in the standard listing plus sponsorship logo on all Daily Planner pages and at the top of the Floor Plan page, Highlighted Entry in the Online Exhibitor List, access to details of attendee product category matches, four additional product categories (total of 10) and three additional press releases (total of four) for only $350.
